せめるとててざしするでハないほどに
くちでもゆハんふでさきのせめ
Semeru tote tezashi suru dewa nai hadoni
Kuchi demo yuwan fudesaki no seme
戒めるというても、人間のように腕力でするのではない。口でしっ責するのでもない。ただ筆によって教戒するのである。『おふでさき』（書名）という言葉の出典箇所。
