この火水わけるとゆうハこのところ
よふきづとめをするとをもゑよ
Kono hi mizu wakeru to yu wa kono tokoro
Yoki-zutome o suru to omoe yo
親神の守護を悟らせて、平和な陽気ぐらしの世の中を実現するには、よふきづとめをするのが何より必要である事をよく思案するがよい。この火と水とのごちゃ混ぜになっているのを分けるというのは混沌を分明にして、親神の守護を悟らせるの意。
Know that the distinction between fire and water will be madeby the performance of the Joyous Service at this place.
